Beach Basketball Event
Wildwood Beach Basketball started in 2024 with just a couple of beach basketball nets—and a big idea. Since then, it has quickly become a huge hit among youth players and their families, earning a reputation as Wildwood’s fastest-growing beach event.
We partner with Morey’s Piers to host the tournament, combining competitive basketball with the excitement of the boardwalk to create a truly unique summer experience for players.

Imagine playing basketball with all your friends, just steps from the ocean and the boardwalk. Wildwood Beach Basketball combines the thrill of full-court games on the sand with summer fun on the piers, creating an unforgettable experience for youth players and their families.

Each team may consist of a maximum of 4 players and a minimum of 3 players. All games must start with at least 3 players on each team.

Dribbling is permitted, though the sand can make it unpredictable—dribble at your own risk. This format encourages real skill development, pushing teams to learn how to score without relying on the dribble.

Team entry is $400, which includes 3+ games and four (4) 4-Day Morey’s Pier & Waterpark Passes. That’s a $1,500 value in pier and water park passes alone!

Teams register based on the players’ grade they will enter in Fall 2026 (2026-2027 school year).
Divisions include:
9U/3rd Grade
10U/4th Grade
11U/5th Grade
12U/6th Grade
13U/7th Grade
14U/8th Grade
15U/9th Grade
